This unit provides automatic and continuous stacking of printed or coated sheets; installing this system at the  outfeed of coating and printing lines increases productivity and gives a saving  on manpower.

Automatic stack changeover on the  sheet feeder in front of the  line can be done  while the  machine is in continuous operation, without stopping the  line.

This system includes magnetic conveyors to receive the  sheets from the  outfeed of the  curing  oven and feed  them to the  two stackers.

When the  stacks reach the  required numbers of sheets, they  will be dropped onto a roller  conveyor that takes them to the  pick-up position.

An electrical panel  for operation and process monitoring is also included.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS: 7 Kw, 380 V, 50/60  Hz, 3-phase . (easily adaptable to other standard)
AIR CONSUMPTION: 300 l/minute at 6 bar.
